These delightful smoked salmon appetizers are perfect for any occasion, featuring crispy crostini topped with a creamy dill-infused spread and luxurious smoked salmon.

1–2 baguettes
olive oil spray
8 oz cream cheese
1 small lemon
2 tablespoon fresh dill
1 fresh garlic clove
salt
freshly cracked black pepper
8 oz cold smoked salmon
capers
fresh dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the baguette into ¼th – ½ inch slices, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Spray both sides with olive oil and bake for about 9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- If desired, spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
- Once the crostini have cooled, arrange the slices on a serving platter.
- Divide the salmon among the crostini, placing one slice on each.
- Pipe a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of each salmon slice.
- Garnish with capers and a sprig of fresh dill, then serve and enjoy!

For best results, use fresh dill and opt for high-quality smoked salmon.
