Delicious Turkey Oreo Balls, perfect for your Thanksgiving celebration. These fun and festive truffles are made with creamy cream cheese and chocolate, and decorated to look like little turkeys!

1 package Oreo Cookies 14 ounces
8 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces ghiraradelli milk chocolate melting discs
22 Regular pretzels
22 Straight pretzels plus more if making a fan tail
44 googley eyes
12 M&M’s
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the cream cheese and mix until well blended.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the Ghirardelli chocolate melting discs according to the package instructions.
- Once the Oreo balls are chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
- Quickly attach pretzels to the top of each ball as turkey feathers, and place two googly eyes and an M&M for the beak before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can use food coloring to dye the white chocolate for more colorful turkey feathers.
